Mystery Shopping

This is our major project which we work closely together. Our task is to conduct mystery shopping in MSC outlets and external outlets.
Objective of this project is to evaluate the service standards of MSC outlets and to improve them.
We choose six external outlets namely Inforcom, Uncle Tibits, Beauty Language, Island Souvenir, Ice Lemon Tee and Kalm's.
