This is my second project which I work with my classmate, Jia Yu. We chose our industry to be Hotel and selected Hotel to be The Fullerton.

We were interested to find out if The Fullerton really provides excellent customer service in its five-star luxury hotel.

We made a fieldtrip down to The Fullerton and observed their staff. We also set up scenario to test on their customer service and product knowledge.

Staff from The Fullerton were able to provide excellent customer service and I have learned the importance of good customer service.
